Despite being a creature of habits and routines, I love trying new things and seeing how they can be incorporated into my day to day. Lately, I have been interested in trying things focused on improving my health, skin, hair, diet and mental health.
This month I’ve discovered incredible products that I cannot live without now. They became essentials in our monthly expenses and for a reason. Here are my favorites.

Years ago, Victoria start appearing on Kylie Jenner’s Ig account because, at that time, she was her assistant. Her beauty and sweet personality quickly made her stand out and 5 years later she decided to resign to focus on her projects and her career.
I love Victoria’s content, I’ve been following her for years. She is a very beautiful, funny girl who also, like me, is Venezuelan. So in a way, I feel a special connection with her. We Venezuelans are passionate people, ok?
Some time ago I found her on TikTok and the first video I saw was her drinking this magical green water with incredible health benefits like reducing sweat odour, liver purification, skin rejuvenation, and even cancer prevention. I was sold.
This is one of those things that truly exceeded my expectations. It leaves your water with a slight mint flavour and is super refreshing, 10/10.
When I lived in Mexico, I used to buy my liquid chlorophyll at ‘Super Naturista’; the brand was Vidanat. Now that I’m in Toronto, I need to find a magical little health/botanical store where I can get all these goodies.

Apple Cider Vinegar

In Toronto, I have tried different brands, some more carbonated than others and after a good season of research, I can say that I found a brand that I LOVE.
